'Loved everything about this hotel - classic luxury, great service, best location, very professional and friendly staff. The only issue for me was that the room was so warm and even with an open window in wintertime I could not get it to cool down.'

'The hotel didn't let me in. I paid the full rate for the room, but was not prepared to pay additional deposit at check in. I arrived late, I had troubles with my credit cards and at the time I arrived there were no currency exchanges working near the hotel and no ATM. I understand my responsibility for having valid credit cards and that I had to be prepared for additional deposit, but I was just a person in trouble, first time having such a problem with my cards and the "luxury" hotel didn't...

'Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town. '
