'The property and amenities were reasonably fine. The place is roomy and was decorated for the holidays. A nice touch. The landlord is living upstairs and was quite attentive. The very big issue is road noise from Interstate 5. If you are at all sensitive to traffic noise in the yard, in the apartment, while sleeping, as I am, you might want to try another property. 'This is a great rental for anyone who has a temporary working assignmant in Portland. I lived here for 3 months while on assignment in Portland area. The apartment is centrally located in a residential area where I always felt safe. Great communication with the property manager too. The apartment was clean and everything worked as it should. Plenty of room for me living here by myself. Would recommend. '
