'Arrived at 130 am and had to wait 5 min for staff member to show up and check in. Got to room and started taking shower only to find out the body wash was totally empty. Being back the hotel soap bars! Went to breakfast at the attached Chop restaurant, latte was $ 6, served in a tea cup and obviously made from a push-the-button type machine that was weak with minimal to no foam.'

'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Rooms are super clean! While we were out the housekeeping staff laid out our kids personal blankets on their beds with their stuffed animals centred in the pillows. So cute! Lots of parking and a delicious breakfast where the staff was happy to help.'

'Very nice hotel, nice room, onky a few minutes to walk to the airport. Not well marked in the airport getting there. To get to the walkway to get to the hotel you need to be on the departure level at the end of the airport the hotel is at. Only other complaint is there isnt a vending machine. They have a little store with weird drinks and very over priced. $38 for 2 bags of chips, 3 drinks and a bag of dried kiwi. Small chip bags and 355ml can of drink.'

'We went for breakfast and there was nothing left as people were bringing trays and pitchers for breakfast. There were no eggs left and we were there at 9am. All around would not recommend to my family or friends!'

'The location of this hotel is terrible. Staying right next to an incredibly busy highway is not recommended if you want to sleep. This highway is non stop busy and also, the spot where the hotel is located, is well known for drag racing which actually occurred while I was there. Apparently there is an option to choose a room that is not on the highway side but they charge you extra money for it. Ridiculous! I would not recommend staying here at all.'

'Great and convenient hotel, loved the convenience of the included breakfast and the front desk staff are top tier! Only suggestion for improvement is upgrade the bathroom towels.'

'Very nicely appointed rooms and well maintained property. Very convenient location not far from the highway for travelling through the area. Parking was included as was a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.'
