'I would say best hotel in ottawa'

'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Convenient location. Great restaurant. We had a view of the runway which was nice. It was fairly quiet.'

'The hotel was quite clean even though there were renovations going on. The only downside was not having a smart tv to access any apps (Netflix, Crave, Prime, etc). The pool and whirlpool were fabulous and well maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly.'

'Pas une grosse hôtel calme des fois les visiteurs passaient avec la cigarette a la bouche ( pas allumé) mais ceci ne paraît pas bien. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité ou vieux quelque fois désagréable surtout lorsque nous prenions l'ascenseur Sinon le personnel étaient très gentil, poli et agréable'

'Hi…This was our first time in Ottawa and staying at this hotel…The smell of weed or whatever the people that were staying there were smoking was disgusting outside the premises as well as inside in the lobby and the hallway….We were highly disappointed and will not stay there again….'

'Spacious suites and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and large. The gym is well equipped but would benefit from extended hours (closes at 10pm). Parking is free and the location is convenient to drive to various points in Ottawa. There is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take public transit. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Food Basics within walking distance as well. Breakfast is not included but there is an on site restaurant that is reasonably priced.'

'Prima gasthuis! Het is inderdaad niet het Hilton maar dat moet je ook niet kunnen verwachten voor deze prijs (wees realistisch mensen). De kamer was schoon en netjes net zoals de gedeelde badkamer. Ieder ochtend een heerlijk vers ontbijtje bestaande uit roerbakei met 2 geroosterde boterhammen, jus Orange en een soort kleine aardappeltjes door de eigenares zelf gebracht. Verder is er ook gewoon verse koffie, thee en andere smeersels voor op je boterhammen aanwezig en Verde muffins van Tim...

'Our stay was excellent! The space was as promised and very comfortable for a family of 5. We love the Public House that was on site and the beautiful neighbourhood! It was a wonderful overnight stay!'

'The hotel was freezing cold. I was already catching a cold when I arrived, and when I got to my room at was 64 degrees (17 degrees celcius). There was no way to turn it lower. Maintenance came to the room and apologized that during the daytime in the summer the A/C won't turn off. They had to bring us a space heater for our room before I caught pneumonia.'
