'Great family home. We were able to have three generations under one roof and we had plenty of room for everyone as well as a beautiful patio and pool area. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we cooked instead of eating out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we had plenty of parking.'

'We had an amazing stay at Aileen's property. The view from the back yard was spectacular! Although there were a few hiccups in the beginning due to a storm that came through and blew out the air conditioning, she did everything humanly possible to make it perfect for us. They came and brought window units ans a stand up unit to make sure it was cool enough for us when we arrived. The AC guy was out the next morning to fix it while we were at the Springs. 'From the moment we arrived til we left this house had everything we needed and then some. Our kids loved the arcade games. Loved our stay there and loved that it was dog friendly with a fenced yard. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions very quickly.'

'This is a beautiful home with water views from the front and the back decks. Everything was furnished so nicely and we loved our stay there. We would have liked to receive the check in codes a little earlier than their standard 90 minutes before, but they did offer an early check in for 50 way in advance. We would definitely stay there again and be sure to check out the Weeki Watchee mermaid show.'

'Very quiet, fishing out the back door, if you have a boat it has quick access to the open water, very clean, best stocked home I’ve stayed in. It has been beautifully updated and extremely relaxing. Already wanting to stay again!!'

'The property was nice and clean. The living area was large and the bedrooms were decent. The location was a little busy and there was a four way stop with flashing red lights one building away. There is also a fantastic ice cream store next door. The unit is on the second floor. The stairs were not in the greatest shape. They had several nail pops and some unevenness. We had two people with physical disabilities and that created a bit of a hardship for them. I personally would have liked newer,...

'Host is very prompt with communication. Don’t have to wait long for a reply. Everything is as advertised in the pictures. Couple things that were inconvenient was the few dead roaches in the house that we removed when we first got there and there was no lighter fluid or lighter to be found on the property for the fire pit. Had to go to the nearest store to purchase those items. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was awesome. We would definitely stay again.'
