'The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops.'

'Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6.'

'Very good location. As close as you can get to the walk to the beach or the beach bus stop. Immaculate children’s playground behind but, be warned, the playground noise started by 7.30am most days as we were lucky to have great weather. The top floor of the house is a nice space and worked well for us. The decor is outdated in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but we found the beds to be very comfortable. Kitchen equipment and utensils need some replacing and replenishing - eg. new chopping boards...

'House suitable for our family group and children enjoyed cinema room. Shortage of mirrors in suitable locations. Eg by plugs for hairdryer. Location good and you don’t notice the large public car park. External household bins used by general public! We enjoyed our stay and would book again!'

'A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. '

'Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. There are lovely walks to be had around the site and the coast is around a 30 minute drive. We had a delicious homemade pizza from the...
