'Three of us stayed overnight on a girl's weekend visit to Blackwater. This property is beautiful! Sunrise over the water was amazing. The house was spotless, stocked with everything you need right down to shower products. The furniture is very comfortable, beds are as well. We didn't get to use the screened porch as it was too chilly, but it will be great in warmer weather. The chickens had a lot to say in the morning, so I felt obligated to stop and visit for a bit. Will definitely stay here...

All of the blackout shades came in very handy for our baby and little ones who sleep better in darker rooms. The hot tub was magical and taking the kayaks out onto the water was so fun! 'Property is excellent. Spacious and clean and suitable for pups (fenced in backyard)! Pretty place with short walk to dock for sunset and Doc’s (food is good). Bed and bathroom comfy. Grocery delivery worked really well - needed to re-supply basic paper goods for family. Would stay here again! Had some difficulty with Amazon packages as rental does not have a USPS receptacle. Post Office would not deliver. Maybe they can address this. Communication with rental company easy and gracious!...

'Everything about the rental was great! The check-in process was easy, the house was as described in the listing, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to Salisbury University (we were in town to check out the college and surrounding area). The neighborhood was quiet, there was a TV in each room and a few games and books for guests. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!'

'We have enjoyed our stay at the property, everything was very nice and spacious away from everything, just the way we wanted. Our only issue was the landscaping work being done for 2 days of our stay, my son has allergies on cut grass and he ended up staying indoor for the most of those days.'
