'This hotel is a wonderful throwback in time. Such a great example of what it would have been like vacationing in AC decades ago. It has old charm with update bathrooms and showers with old themed hardware. No elevator. The room and the overall property was very clean everywhere. As staff was very good. So many antique pieces. Little noisy but it's AC and if your doing it right you won't notice LOL. Overall a great stay. A bonus is the Chelsea pub right next door, open late with food. Such a nice...

'We stayed in room 309 on July 22-24, 2026. We had no hot water until the morning we were checking out. Notified front desk several times and after 36 hours was told it was escalated to a plumber. Upon checkout the stay was discounted a few dollars which was unacceptable since the majority of stays were comp for gamblers. I emailed Resorts multiple times with no response.'
