'I would have loved if I was actually able to use the pool and it would have been great if I was treated as fairly and with respect like those individuals who are not disabled. The manner in which I was treated and spoken to were absolutely appalling. Even the the supervisor of Valet, Ricardo, had no empathy, no respect, and no manners.
