'Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old...

'Thank you for a delightful stay. The unit was beautifully clean and really nicely fitted out with lovely cutlery crockery and linen. Such a nice change after some places I’ve stayed. The beds were very comfortable and while the aircon was welcome it was great to have the option of the nice big balcony. Enjoyed the stay very much '

'24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all.'

'Outdated electric equipments and damaged white goods. Poor maintenance, shower has algae around the trims, leaky bath basin tap, rundown toilet seats, noisy squeaky floor boards. Stained and worn out carpets, filthy cushions on bed, stale dusty smell in the house, dusty old dried diffusers everywhere. At arrival time found the front door wide open. Over grown pathways. '
