'The owner took the booking, paid in full, did not advise they had actually sold the house we found out at 8pm on check in night. Then had to find accomodation for 3 people and then had to pay an additional $650. Worst experience had. Need full refund. '

'Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.'

'Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. 'Stayed in the superior king plus single bed. Really good size room, very comfy bed and large shower head with plenty of hot water with good pressure which was appreciated in Canbera winter. Only 4 TV channels working which was annoying given its an older gen TV and no option to stream. Parking was very full even through to rear patking lot (which needs better lighting and guidance as to direction to park as people were boxing each other in).
