'The room was filthy, they had to move me to another room because the linen had hair and stains on them. The second room was better but was infested with flies. I would not recommend'

'Pretty Good Aloft, I stay at this chain a lot. Clean rooms and building, had live entertainment for guests at night.'

'The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well kept. We very much enjoyed the pool as well. The front of house staff was fantastic. The only mishap we had was the cleaning crew coming into our room while we were still in bed. We called in a later checkout at 9:30am to be checked out at noon. They proceeded to knock and walk in and tell us it was after 11:25am. Communication between staff must not have happened.'

'Walked in room. Smelled like pot. Asked for a different room didn’t have one. So we left. Hopefully can get a refund front desk guy on staff was zero help'

'Rooms were good and clean. Staff at front desk were helpful. Water park was cool and a great time for the kids. Only issues we had was with the breakfast and staff that works the kitchen. They were late each morning getting breakfast out. Waffle machines were dirty from previous day. The fact that they only serve hot food on weekends wasn’t cool. Overall it was ok.'
