'My boyfriend and I stayed 2nights here this past week. This place exceeded our expectations and more. The resort itself was fantastic! The outside blew us away. 'This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams).
