'Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. '

'I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting.'

'IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.'

'The check in process was very smooth and the staff courteous. I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk associate. The breakfast was fresh and coffee well made. I felt safe on the property and didn't experience any uncomfortable situations. The only negative was the fact that construction machinery was being used adjacent to the property..These machines literally shook the whole building at times and made parts of the unpleasant. 'De vloerbedekking op de kamer waa vies en rook niet fris. Bedden waren schoon en je kon gewoon schone handdoeken halen. Ontbijt hebben we niet gehad dat was al vroeg op en de koffiewas niet te drinken.'

'We liked the fact we were close to shopping and dining and the bank. The staff was very helpful and new what they were doing! Book on Expedia for a low room rate. If you even think you might want to stay a extra day go ahead and book for 2 days and get your low rate.'

'The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin.'
