'The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.'

'Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!'

'Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!'

'Great apartment. Clean, quiet and in a great walkable neighborhood. It was a bit pricey but we knew that going in.'

'Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!'

'The location was where I wanted to be and the apartment had been updated. However, my one-night stay here wasn't a smooth experience as I didn't receive all the check-in information with the check-in email, so I had to scramble with poor service to find a number. Thankfully, the host was quick to respond. When I dried my hands with the towels, they came away with long blonde hairs, which made me nervous to trust the cleanliness. The bed was way too soft for my preference and left me with a sore...

'The place was incredibly clean. The instructions were clear for entering and locking up. Great experience! Thanks Dylan. '

'Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.'

'It was the perfect day and very convenient for our trip for our son’s graduation. Thank you for being so receptive and helpful.'

'The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.'

'The home was super clean, easily accessible, beautiful area and Robby was amazing and was available and helpful every step of the way! I would definitely stay there again! The home has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay! Highly recommend!!'

'Property was located in a good neighborhood. It felt safe. The owner was very nice. The apartment was clean and decorated okay, but Kitchen cabinets were old and bottom cabinets looked like they needed more cleaning. The closet door was hanging off the kitchen closet. Bathroom and living room were clean but tub caulking was old and needed to be recaulked. Bathroom vents showed age and rust. The parking was fine but ground not paved. The blinds in the hallway were old and some part missing-...

'On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you...

'Very old house, but clean, cozy and nice location for visiting Yale.'

'Property owner takes great care of the place. Instructions were easy to follow and the location was right down the road from the places we were going to. We would rent again if we ever come back to New Haven'

'The “gym” did not have the weights that were shown in the picture. There are some general repairs that need done on the property such as patching and painting.'

'Very clean and accessible and amenities were excellent.'
