'I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. 'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. 'Staff is extremely courteous and kind. Rooms were clean and very aesthetic. It is a hidden gem in morjim. Location is very near to the beach and peaceful too. Comfortable stay over all.'

'Maya farm stay is a worth-visiting property surrounded by beautiful scenic chilly field and hills, with colourful and bright rose plants spread across the location. It welcomes you with a serene feel and the vibe of the place is so captivating! The food is excellent and we enjoyed the nearby safari too. The rooms are neat and the whole area is well maintained.'
