Best Western-accommodaties in West Knoxville

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'The area was not nice and the hotel was old and run down. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel did not smell good when we walked in. '
