'We were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and...

'The construction is almost done so it's quiet and mostly interior design stuff. convenient and close to stores, food, interstate access one block away. would stay again when visiting. '

'The property is dated..but clean. We had a double queen room with a small balcony over the weekend for a UT game. Beds were super comfy, pillows could be improved..Hot showers..towels could be improved. But worth the stay on a budget! Cool A/C also. I would stay here again..very convenient area.'
