'It was an amazing stay in canopy by Hilton. The service and cleanliness were tip top! One of the cleaner actually helped me to fold my clothes, it’s my first encounter with such detailed cleaning, I gave her a tip for such amazing initiative .I didn’t like the breakfast buffet it is disappointing. 'This place is amazing,the staff is super nice ,Any question you have ,they are there for you .Everyone is smiling ,the security guy helped us with 2 big suitcases .The free breakfast is quite decent ,they have some crossaint ,fresh fruits ,mainly Chinese breakfast and Brunchies ,but they are delicious ,they have coffee ,expresso and so on . No place we stayed have washer and dryer ,but they do.It made is so much easier for us ,there are lots of mountains near west lake ,we washed our cloth...

'I've stayed in many hotels around China and this was by far the best hotel I've stayed in... Usually we stay in cheaper hotels, but we've also stayed in a few more expensive ones. All in all, Hillview was awesome and made the rest of my family's stay in China a disappointment because the hotels in the other cities were nothing compared to this one.'
