'Breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Mary is such a sweet lady. Everything was very well taken care of.'

We immediately found hair (not ours) all over the sheets, everything had a coating of dust, makeup on the pillowcases, we couldn't take off our shoes from the dirty floor, and lastly we found blood on the towels.'
