'There was a poo smell all over the place. The shower was only giving hot water. The personal didn’t do anything about anything. They were renovating a part of the hotel so you were woken up by the building noise in the morning.'

'Voor de 3e keer hier verbleven. Helemaal super. '

'I was happy with my stay. Often there was no one in the reception and I had to wait a while for someone. This was a little frustrating at times. They seemed to be a bit short-staffed. The room was nice. Location was great. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food.'

'I stayed for 6 days in the hotel. Location in Hanwell is fine. Next to a busstop and approx. 15 minute walk towards the 2 closest trainstations for a 30 minute trip towards London- Centre. Also free parking possible on a big parking space which is very helpful. Restaurant (although a bit small) serves excellent food and the breakfast was excellent. Personnel is extreme customer friendly. The building is a bit older and the several stairs sometimes a bit small, so with very big suitcases that...

'Vieze kamer, kapotte douche, geen ventilatie. Slechte service, '

'We highly recommend the Fox of you're looking for somewhere to stay in West London. We stayed for two nights visiting relatives, then stayed for three more nights a couple of weeks later on our way back to Heathrow and then home. The apartment has a full kitchen, including a washing machine, iron and board, and clothes airer. It is very quiet, even though it's above a popular pub. The location is great, especially if you've the time, and inclination to enjoy a walk along the canal, and marvel at...

'Front desk staff was very helpful '

Echt geweldige locatie.'

'Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!'

Enkel ontbijt mag uitgebreider.'

'Ontbijt was echt fantastisch. Vaak langsgelopen zonder oogcontact of begroeting. Lift was drie keer kapot. Onderhoudsbeurt echt even doen. Kamers en bedden super.'
