'Staff was so kind and helpful!! Clean room, larger than expected and lots of parking.'

'I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests. The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities. There is ample parking in the back. 'Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.'

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Staff very helpful. Bathroom was tiny. Walking shower was, nice and large but you couldn't get 2 people in the bathroom without one of you standing in the shower. Fan did not work. Room was comfy but I think still under some refurbishment. No decorations on the walls but mini fridge and one side chair. Great location'

'The Parlour Hotel was the perfect stay for us. It's right downtown Stratford and has a parking lot, so leave your car and walk around. It's a boutique hotel with charm, very friendly front desk, and clean comfy rooms. If you are coming to Stratford highly recommend staying at The Parlour Hotel.'

'Excellent location, modern and exceptionally clean.'

'No microwave or tea/coffee maker in the room. Had to walk outside to the next building to get that done. Rooms and grounds were very clean. no hot tub, pool was wonderful.'

'Located on a quiet street the garden lived up to the name with waterfalls and a pond. We were lucky that the cherry and apple trees were in full bloom. Breakfast was amazing with wide choice of juices, a fruit salad yogurt, granola and then a hot plate. Lots of coffee and they filled our thermos when we left.'

'what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.'
