'We had a very nice and large room (king bed with pull out sofa in other room). It was quiet (here on weekdays) and staff was friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It was one of the best stays out of about 6-7 different hotels on our trip across several states.'

'The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed.
