'We were about 15 minutes from Lackland which was great. It was very clean and everything was as described. My only issue was, there was very little paper towel and no wash clothes or dish rags. 'At first my wife was worried about the location/surroundings but after settling in, we found the home to be very comfortable. All newly remodeled property which was close to everything. A lot of the homes in the area are being bought up and remodeled. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. We were minutes from downtown and close to the major hwys to get to our destinations of interest quickly. The amenities in the home made us very relaxed after a long day of fun being tourists. Definitely will stay...

'Property was amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to Heb and Main Street. Had everything a couple would need - plenty of room, towels and hot tub was a nice touch to end the day. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience Fredericksburg and enjoy peaceful surroundings.'

'Clean, cute decor, good (not great) location, can hear traffic noise. Grounds are very nice, pool/spa clean, easy parking. My only real complaint is that there was a very strong smell of Clorox upon arrival that lasted a full day.'

'For a tiny cottage, it still feels very spacious. The backyard area was done very well, and our dogs loved having a little space for themselves. The bed was big and comfy, and the chairs and couch were perfect for lounging. The only down side is that there was no shower and we were asked not to use shampoo or bubbles in the nice jacuzzi tub. We only stayed one night, so not being able to wash my hair was fine, but if we had stayed longer I would have had to wash my hair in the sink.'

'We do not travel very often but spent 10 days staying in different locations, this home was cheaper and better than all the others we paid for. The home was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The hosts communicated and clearly defined what needed to be done. The only minor issues we had where using both showers at the same time (cold water but fine when one at at time), and the fan in the bunk bed room could not be used without the light. Location was quite, easy to find and allowed parking...
