'We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. 'I will definitely stay at a Staybridge again. The room was wonderful, had all the amenities and extra things that are nice such as REAL wine glasses and small throw pillows on the sofa to make it more comfortable. The beds were So comfortable and had great sheets. To top it off, there was a really good free continental breakfast. I've had these breakfasts before at hotels, but this one one of the best we've ever had. The staff was also very friendly. I just wish our stay was going to be longer...

'There was a 2 hour wait to check in because of a power outage and the desk person trying to get ahold of tech support. When he finally did, everything was good. The room was clean. Breakfast on Monday had eggs and sausage, but the sausage was very dry. Had to wait for the orange juice to be refilled. Nobody at the desk when I went to checkout, so I just left the key cards. I will book here again because it’s centrally located with the mall and restaurants.'
