'This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. 'This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. If that's what you are looking for, you'll love this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen appliances are modern and in excellent condition, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor bedrooms is steep and the stair steps are narrow, so...

'Beautiful views and plenty of space in this lakeside house and cottage. There were 6 of us and the space was perfect. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we made the best of it. Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. We hope to return in better weather to take advantage of the private dock and firepits. Thanks for sharing with us!'
