'The staff lady who greeted us was polite and courteous and allowed us to check in a little early as the room was ready. The bar area was dark but cozy. they have a beer garden but the weather was unforgiving so we could not experience it The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities that you would expect and was clean. The shower was a little tight but the water pressure was great. 'Very quirky old place.We did have an en suite which not all have.You can expect some oddness when a building is this old.We loved it there.The staff were great as was the food.Very comfortable and clean.Would stay again.'

'Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there.'

'Not the first time we stayed here, because of its proximity to Bristol airport. But apart from that, this brewery owned pub is a very nice one. Good food, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Hope to be back soon.'
