Spread across three storeys, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen on the middle floor flow out onto two sundecks to maximise all day sun. The master bedroom, ensuite and walk in wardrobe are on the upper level, opening onto a cute sundeck with sea views. On the ground level, you'll find a 75” TV room/Queen bed, converted garage, two bedrooms, bathrooms (separate toilet) and a courtyard area leading to the gorgeous pool.

Stroll across the road to cafes, restaurants, a bakery, or enjoy some retail shopping. Whangamata also offers both a 9-hole and 18-hole golf course. The wharf and harbour - which is ideal for kids fishing and safe swimming - is in walking distance, with fishing and diving charters available.
