Aspectos dentro de cuarto que se "no se podían atender hasta el día siguiente por que ya en la tarde no había personal". Nadie explico el uso de los botones de luz en el cuarto y no funcionaban algunos. El último día al regresar tarde para cambiarnos e ir a cenar el cuarto no estaba hecho porque según la encargada (poco atenta), habíamos dejado instrucción de no atenderlo. Como dimos esa irazonable instrucción, vaya...

'We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at Hotel de Ricci. Everything was pristine, rooms were beautiful, well stocked with amenities, amazing and kind staff, and yummy breakfast. We especially appreciated how patient and helpful the staff were with our tired 3 year old who had a couple of meltdowns. Your kindness was very appreciated. '
