'Facilities in hotel and room as expected for a hotel. Has a somewhat tired look about the building dreaming of former glory. For some of the staff they gave the impression thast they were in employment but not within the hotel trade.'

'Some challanges to find the location, but it was re-designed and looked very well.
on monday the kitchen is closed which is a point because in the villages isn't much to eat.
Eating is maybe not the strongest point, the continental breakfast was underneath the quality we suspected. I don't know which continent they are refering to but it looked Africa. '

Front desk were warm, helpful and polite. (Otherwise 1 star)

Feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel - not Hilton standard - not worth the price. Small rooms - decor very dated. Upon entering the room...smells of smoke. Tea bags, bottled water and bathroom tissue box not replenished by housekeeping the next day. When requested for on the phone to front desk, no one came in the end. No face towels. Worst of all is the shower drainage - clogged .. yuck.'

'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep.
My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'De hotel en locatie zijn verder prima, perfect voor een korte reis. De lift daar en tegen was niet zo goed, het duurde telkens veel te lang voor dat ie op je verdieping was en de speakers in de lift bleven bij elke verdieping maar aangeven dat de deuren open en dicht gingen. Na een paar dagen woed dat heel vervelend.'

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation.
Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '

'Sadly the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff cannot excuse some of the basic fundamental issues that I have experienced over the last few stays at this hotel.
