'We really just needed a place to sleep. The showers were stained and the temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Regardless the room was fairly clean. We had a fridge and microwave. 'We love staying here on our roadtrips, it works well for our family. This time our room was subpar. There was a horrible smell that could only be described as a “fart smell” in the room. We arrived late and the kids were so tired. They offered for us to change rooms, but we needed to get the kids to sleep. There was hair in the bathtub and the sink, something sticky on the floor and the bath mat was warm down and thread barren. I honestly thing it wasn’t cleaned or wasn’t cleaned property. We...

'There definitely was a stale smell in my room, but I always come prepared. My room was not turned over/ cleaned. I very much enjoyed the hot tub. Very peaceful courtyard.'

'Dit hotel is gebouwd als een aantal aaneengesloten blokken met steeds een eigen open binnenplaats met een fontein. Heel sfeervol. De kamer is schoon en middelgroot. Goed bed. Raam kan open en heeft hor. Uitmuntend ontbijt. Dit is een heel gezellige plek vergeleken met de standaard hotels. Rond het zwembad kun je ook heerlijk zitten.'

'The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. '

'Breakfast 6-10, when down there at 6:00 and all you heard was the sound of crickets. Not a thing was set up for breakfast. Nobody there. As I was leaving to catch a flight at 6:30 the person was just setting up. Whoops. Too late. Is Breakfast served at 0600 or is it more like 0640? This place is no better than any of the other well-worn hotels on Tucson Ave by the airport.'

'We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Problem was getting into room. First room door wouldn't open. Clerk said that was a bad one. If you knew it was bad, then why was I given room. Second room couldn't get the door open. Clerk came with me and said you have to pull the door before pushing it open. Worked after several tries. Same issue getting out of the room. Had to push door before pulling it open. Dangerous in case of emergency.'
