This was a perfect condo for our family trip to Water Country. We all had our own private space and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

The condo unit was great. It was clean, plenty of room, and excellent location. The downside is it listed a pool and we could not locate the residential pool, and not sure it exists. We did not have access to the resort amenities as the owner is not affiliated with them.

The property was clean, in a good location, and accommodating. The bathtub/shower in the one bathroom was completely unusable due to a major clog. There was good communication before our stay but terrible communication during our stay. The tv was difficult to operate and didn’t have any cable channels. I also feel all the fees involved escalated the price ridiculously!!!!

Great place! Extremely clean and had anything you needed…shampoo, body wash, great internet, tvs in every room, and very spacious! The neighborhood is beautiful and offers a community pool and gated. Only minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Park USA, grocery stores and more! Great communication with contact. Highly recommend!

W&M Graduation 2025

The condo was perfect for our family as we converged on Williamsburg for our older daughter’s graduation.We had a late dinner Friday evening at the condo after the ceremony at Zable Stadium. The living room and dining room accommodated everyone as they ate & talked & congratulated our daughter.The condo was spacious & well furnished. The bedrooms with their separate bathrooms were clean & very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the black out curtains in each bedroom.We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Place

Very close to Williamsburg, this rental has plenty of room for all! The neighborhood is a bit of a maze and we had a hard time finding the actual unit (we had to call the owner-the actual unit is up the entry stairs of the 720 unit, on the lower floor to the right). The check in code was confusing as the one provided did not work but the owner helped us with that also. I would rent here again-everything was clean and the beds were comfy!

Busch Gardens Weekend

The property was very well maintained. Great layout especially for our group because of the need for bedrooms to be separate.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils but lacked kitchen dish towels or a dish washcloth but improvised with a bath towel and washcloth… Beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows on each bed was wonderful!!

Nice place but too many issues!

We came to VA to celebrate my husbands birthday at Busch Gardens and Water Country. Upon first arrival the community is gated, quiet, and beautiful. The apartment numbers on the outside were confusing, but we figured it out. Inside the unit was very clean and decorated nicely. We arrived pretty late Friday night only to find that the TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms did not have remotes nor did the buttons on the tv’s themselves work. Also, the WiFi password given was incorrect. I emailed and called the contact info provided with no response, on Saturday morning. When we returned from the water park Saturday evening we found that the shower handle in one of the bathrooms was stripped, which made it hard to turn the water on and off. Even when it was off it still constantly dripped. I reached out to Evolve, and got a generic email response. On Sunday morning I finally got a call back from the contact person who informed me that she would let the owner know about the issues. We also found out that the dryer didn’t work. We put our wet clothes in on Saturday night and they were still damp Sunday morning. I ran them through the dryer again and they still did not dry. No one ever showed up to fix any of the issues or reach out to use about compensation. Again, the unit was nice and clean, but the customer service was lack luster.

Perfect stay

So many things provided with the stay (toiletries; utensils and flatware, esp the important things like wine glasses and a corkscrew; Brita water jug; cleaning supplies; etc). Great location with access to a beautiful ocean view and even pond fishing if you're into it. Golf course. Tennis court. On site restaurants. Quiet. Clean. Rooms spaced out enough to provide maximum privacy. Each room can be climate controlled individually. Literally the perfect stay.

Girls Getaway

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms. But, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
