'Ive said it before and i will say it again and again the pear tree in is a true lttle gem. It was our third visit and it was just as lovely, we stayed in the moon glow accommodation which was fab as usual, i cannot recommend this place enough, lovely setting, lovely cosy bar area lively food and lovely staff. We will keep going back - thank you for a great break away '

'The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope.'
