'When I arrived at the property, even though I had a reservation, they were saying they weren’t sure that we were gonna be able to honor it. They were having to check rooms to see what was available. It took about 45 minutes to get checked in cause they had to keep running around looking for rooms. The phone in the room did not work. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding.'

'The hotel smells extremely damp soon as you walk in. The stairs at the entrance look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. Upon going into the room we all felt as though we could barely breathe. There was black mold all over the walls, seeping through the wallpaper. Holes all over the door around the handle. Long black hair stuck to bathroom wall on the left when you walk in. Also gross splatter of something on the bathroom wall near the black hair. Outdated register in bathroom paint...

'Nice bed, decent shower. But everything else was mediocre for the price. No tissues was a bummer. Staff not friendly. Felt like a shady place, locked my doors and still had nightmares. Continental breakfast was a bowl of a few bananas and apples, some cereal and coffee. Noise outside room all night. Wasn’t a very comfortable experience. I’ve traveled a lot, been all over the US, so this wasn’t my first time. For the price it was NOT good.'
