'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Charming 1 bedroom condo very near the Ritz Carlton resort, golf courses, beach, walking trails and excellent restaurants. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Quiet property with beautiful pool nearby and nicely landscaped grounds. A comfortable king size bed. Hostess was responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommemded.'

'We had good communication except when we needed help with the sheets. The upstairs sheets were stained and when we checked in around 10:00 P.M. we text the two contacts and didn't get a response until after 11:00 when we had retired. Not wanting to sleep on what looked like blood stained sheets, we took them off and slept with our own blankets. 'Fabulous rental. Host was very communicative. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. We walked to the Ritz several days for coffee and meals. We also enjoyed the food trucks just a few miles down near Sunset Beach. Would love to return some day. '
