'We were offered a different home shortly after booking due to this one being booked already. The other home was beautiful and well stocked. Cedric the Property manager was excellent! He met my husband there early so that we could drop off luggage before check in time and even put our cold grocery items in the fridge for us. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure! Lots of room for our family of 6 plus a friend and her daughter who came for a few nights. Appreciated that...

'We were there for some construction work in Kaneohe. House was built in the 50's, but recently had a major facelift. The first thing you notice is the view. WOW! It doesn't get much better. The view comes with a cost that needs to be understood. The driveway. The driveway is very steep and tight. Parking at the bottom is fairly easy, but with any physical limitations, the walk up would be impossible. 'The property is exactly as pictured and advertised. Wonderful oceanfront location with an immense yard and private pool. Steven, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions and provided excellent service. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels for enjoying the ocean or pool. The owners obviously take great pride in this home as they should. It's a beautiful home in an amazing location. Close to town and all that Kailua has to offer.'

'Spacious and well equipped vacation home, perfect for our 3 generation family. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the primary bedroom! Great location in a quiet neighborhood —having Kailua and Lanikai Beaches within walking distance is very convenient. Owner is very accommodating.'

'The kitchen was well stocked with basic spices, dishes and cooking needs. We were greeted with a beautiful basket of goodies. The garage was filled with an amazing amount of items for the beach. Maybe the only downside was the public access to the beach, next to the property would get a little noisy, and not enough hot water for 11 people to shower, even if we tried to spread out the showers. Overall, we loved the place and I highly recommend this beautiful home for a large group.'

'We stayed for the month of November 2023. Our adult daughters and their spouses joined us along with a 14 month old Grandchild. There was plenty of room for all, house was somewhat dated but absolutely comfortable and clean, the pool was superb, easy walk to the beach using provided wagons/umbrellas/chairs. 'The house is beautiful. It could use some updates but the good of the whole house makes up for that. We had 12 in our family and it was so big we didn’t feel cramped. I love, love that every room has its own full bathroom. The pool could use some upgrading but again it was perfect for us.
