'Everything we needed was provided. The only staff we dealt with were the girls cooking in the kitchen at breakfast and they were very polite and attentive. The check-in was easy once we realized it was a self check in sort of situation. My fault for not reading directions well 😆 the location and the scenery were amazing, and the room was clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend and go back.'

'The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.'
