'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Checking in parking was fabulous. Returning to the valet station after a Spurs win to tie the series: nightmare. Traffic was hideous, cars blocking intersections/turns, ending parking in an overnight lot about 3 blocks away. Hotel staff went above and beyond to get my valet parking removed from my bill; Blanca the desk, John and Jayden and especially Angel R. from valet. 'This property never disappoints. Always clean, large rooms, and great staff. Only drawback is the crowded breakfast and manager's reception, but that's not the hotel's fault.'
