'Staff friendly. Feel safe with a guarded community. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds with pools and fire pits. Hot tub not working for a while but staff worked hard to get it up and running within 24 hours. '

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'
