'The location of the hotel was great, 10 min walk to two different train stations. 20 minute walk to the sensoji temple and Nakamise Dori shopping street and so many eating spots! We will definitely stay at Hotel Sails again! The staff were amazing, so sweet and accommodating. I stayed here with my fiancé and two kids and it was comfortable for us!'

The management answered very promptly with questions, requests for more soap, detergent, fabric softener, which is included. The rooms were spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Family mart is like one small block away. Seven eleven is like 3 blocks away, 5 minute walk. The apt has a water dispenser with filtered cold water which was totally fine to drink. 'A perfectly fine choice if you are looking for a simple, no-fuss stay. The hotel was clean and pleasant, though the room itself was on the smaller side and quite basic. There aren’t many amenities, and the service is very hands-off—not in a bad way, just highly efficient and minimalist. It’s an ideal 'in-and-out' base if you just need a straightforward place to sleep without any faff. We didn’t try the restaurant/cafe, so I can’t comment.'
