'The property was under construction. Kind of lame. Our volleyball “tournament” set this location up as an option. I guess I need to call ahead and find out what construction and outages there are before booking. The room was very remodeled and refreshed, except the furniture. The toilet is too close to the wall and there was no hot water Tuesday march 31st before we left, which is odd, few were staying there. Whole pool area was re-tiled. Nice. 'Shower didn’t work, TV didn’t work, fridge leaked water, limited towels and wash cloths for use. Hot tub out of order. Nail polish all over top blanket'

'These guys need to be arrested ! Webcausgjt them stealing from our room and then the next day they refused to give us back our deposit . So besides the 40 dollar deposit they stole about 235 more dollars when the staff had broken into our room the night before '

'The property is pet friendly but obviously people live there that don't care about anything. Lots of garbage around and had some gang bangers thumping their stereo in the vehicle at very early hours of the night. The back door to hotel was propped open permanently. No door knob on the bathroom door inside. And the pipe for the shower you could roll your ankle in. The beds were moderately comfy and the tv worked. '

'The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

'Could be worse'

'Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were good, nice pillows, good fresh towels. Let's be honest, you stay here because it's a good value. I would stay here again if I'm in Spokane because it's half the price of everything else I was looking at. '

'Goede locatie met nette schone kamers. Makkelijk parkeren en goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt is ok, gratis koekjes en s’avonds nog een lekker zakje popcorn van het huis. '

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'The room smells badly, bugs, hand soap empty,paper towel empty. It smells so badly that I escaped the very next morning before scheduled 3 nights stay. It is so hard to find a place to commute with Expedia and connect with the hotel staff about the issues.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

'The bar has a good menu with a great selection of alcohol, beer and wine. The bartenders make a great martini! The coffee bar that is also very good. They have Starbucks coffee and fresh pasties made by the hotel kitchen. Our favorite is the breakfast burrito. Our room was clean, but service was spotty and in the end we had to request maid service after 3 nights.'

'This was a pretty rough stay. The parking is an obvious mess with it being downtown but the hotel offered their parking at the cost of $10, 2 blocks away. We luckily found free street parking that was out front. We got to the room pretty late, the room is very clean no complaints there, but the AC did not work. We had to sleep at 75 degree through the entire night, aka, we did not sleep well. We did call to ask about it and they did offer us to switch rooms, but it was already very late and we...
