'We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! 'Good breakfast'

'Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.'

'The beds were dirty'

'Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles.'

'Yikes. Still giving my husband a hard time about booking this for us. Smelled like smoke, trains every fifteen minutes, broken faucet, stains on sheets, son got stuck in the broken bathroom door. It was rough.'

'I have never left a hotel until today. I hadn’t seen the google reviews from 8 months ago with bed bugs until after I had already booked. So when I got there I took off the sheets to check the mattresses. Started with taking off sheets and comforter, both beds had mattress protectors on them that had food and hair all over them, then took off the mattress protectors. 'Person who checked us in was great and nice. Was confusing on how to get to our room. The floor looked dirty and there was a used tampon and tampon packaging in our trash when we got into the room.'

'Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

'Goede locatie met nette schone kamers. Makkelijk parkeren en goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt is ok, gratis koekjes en s’avonds nog een lekker zakje popcorn van het huis. '

'We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Spokane.'

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator...

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
