'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'Love this cute little motel. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 different times while my son was a student at SDSU. The Lamplighter Inn is consistently immaculate- honestly, the grounds and buildings are so well-maintained. The breakfast is basic but good, the laundry facilities, water dispenser,& vending machines are available 24/7 in a secure room next to the lovely, shaded pool area. Parking is plentiful and free.
