'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'We were sleeping next to a giant generator for the airconditioning next to our (super dirty) window and the lift (with metal clapping doors) on the other side of the hallway. Both kept making a lot of noise during the night. Because of this we had a terrible night. 'The beds are quite comfortable—room is plenty big enough (2 queen studio) with good-sized bathroom with walk-in showers. Could use some sprucing up here and there if they want to get to 5 stars (some corners are worn for ex.) Pool terrace is awesome—could really use some TLC to make it spectacular. An unbeatable spot if you are headed to Petco, hanging in the Gaslamp. Trolley stop is across the street adjacent to a major plaza with a cool vibe Mexican restaurant.'
