Vind je ideale hotel in Woodstock

'This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.'

'Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.'

'Great stay ended up saying 2 days instead of one'

'This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient.'

'I saw that it had an 80's vibe and I was fine with that. But.. You have to have the person at the desk call the elevator to go up. The nice balcony was dated and gard metal chairs with no cushions only goes so far for enjoyment. The very small fridge had no freezer section and was barely cold. One roll of toilet paper in the room. An adjoining room??. They serve a hot breakfast but could not give a guest a glass to take upstairs (so much for wine on the deck). Website has happy hour...

Room service ignored about my room had to go to reception to grab new towels and toilet paper after the second night. Wouldn’t go there just because of the rude receptionist.'

The door lock felt cheap and rattled whenever someone walked by. The room also had an unpleasant smell — a mix of weed and hair oil — and there were stains on the window blinds.
