'Large room which was extremely clean and well kept. Older hotel with charm. Food was great and the service was excellent.'

The hotel itself is very clean and the beds comfortable. I slept great the two nights I stayed. This was my second time I have visited this location and will come back again if needed. 'This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.'

'This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...

Na de 1ste dag was alle shampoo op waarna ik naar de receptie ging om nieuwe te vragen, waarna de medewerker reageerde: Do you really need it? Het bed zelf was goed, maar de lakens waren heel raar in elkaar gevouwen waardoor de binnenkant steeds eruit kwam. Kamer was groot, maar er kon geen raam open waardoor er steeds een airco lucht hing.
