'Place was clean and the lake view was nice. Everything went good.'

'I have stayed at this property numerous times. Linda is very responsive and several issues addressed quickly with this stay! Cleanliness was an issue at this stay but addressed and mostly oversight issue! ThanksWill be back'

'Anna is a top notch host, she is very responsive to any questions before and during the stay. Arrived with cold water in the fridge, snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, etc., ready for myself and visitors. There is traffic noise in front of the apartment but in the bedrooms with air conditioners running, I did not hear it. The kitchen has basic needs as does the laundry. Would stay again!'

'This is a ground-level condo/apartment in what's probably an older building but Anna has done an excellent job of renovating and making the place contemporary and pleasant. Its well appointed with everything a traveler needs, has modern appliances and everything works. I was alone and so only slept in the queen bed but found it very comfortable. Its close to the interstate and local businesses, check/in and check/out where very simple and overall the place suited my needs wonderfully. The only...

'Kitchen was stocked very well for pots, pans and cooking tools. Also all oil, salt and pepper. Coffee maker and K-cups, but we do not drink coffee.Everything was very clean'

'This is a beautiful condo in a great location, but we had some problems from the day we arrived that the host never resolved. The towel rack in the guest bathroom was literally falling off the wall and the guest bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed. I contacted the host multiple times, both texting and calling. The very first reply was that it would be taken care of by the next day. We were there for 2 weeks and the problems were never fixed, even though I called or texted almost daily. Then toward...

'This was our first visit to CDA and this property was perfect for my husband and I. The location is perfect we were able to walk to everything around us. Coming from the EST zone we were up very early each day and we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee before we headed out for the day. I highly recommend this property and we would stay here again!'

'Enjoyed our stay! Property is centrally located in a pleasant neighborhood. We loved the hot tub and found the beds to be comfortable. While we are not super fans, the Harry Potter motif and little details throughout the residence were fun to discover. Kitchen had all we needed throughout our stay. Saw wild turkeys on a walk through the neighborhood'

'Not great. It’s near a high school and limited transportation. Outdated appliances, the shower was cold and loud due to some plumbing issues. Traffic is loud as it’s near the main road also by a fire dept. Dead pests in cheap blind shades they provide they refused to maintain and clean. The tv remote was broken and no battery replacement. The cooling system barely worked and it was hot during the night. The price is highly priced for a questionable neighborhood they claim is quiet & safe. The...

'Loved the location so near to the lake and shopping on Sherman!'

'This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family'
