'Cons: Smell- the air freshener in the lobby was VERY strong. My son and I both are allergic to fragrance and had troubles with breathing, headache, and rashes because of this. We also had to use our own soaps, though we are used to this. A good rule of thumb is little to no artificial fragrance for those with asthma and allergies. Breakfast- was a little disappointing. I budgeted our trip based on breakfast included and it was only carb and sweets. Example of; waffles, rolls, cereal, yogurt,...

'Overall, the room was clean which I very much appreciate. However, I don't think they bleach the linens or towels. There were visible stains on them and they looked dingy. Breakfast was the bare minimum. A good place for a brief stay where your main goal is a bed and a shower. I have stayed here before and it is likely I will stay again.'

'We stay here a lot for appointments at mayo and they are always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. This is the only hotel we stay at when we come in.'

'We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.'

'Had pastries, bagels, cereal and packed breakfast sandwich (only non-vegetarian, no egg and cheese option). Good enough breakfast and clean establishment. Stayed in first floor unit, parked in front of room and two steps into the room. Goal was to stay close to Mayo and don’t break your bank. This stay accomplished that. '

'Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are small, the pool is small, and the "bar" is just a rollaway cart, and the "bartender" never showed up. The carpet in our room had stains on it. Breakfast is the same as you get from a Comfort Inn, but cost $19.50 per person. The best thing was the location, with many restaurants and shopping adjacent to the property. The staff were very friendly.'

'The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them.'
