Casa Hawkeshead - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Situated within the fabulous resort of Playa Blanca, Casa Hawkeshead is a charming property ready and waiting to host your next holiday. The first thing we noticed? The delightful terrace, filled with evergreen shrubs, colourful flowers and boasting an outdoor BBQ. The alfresco dining sits snug under the covered terrace, with roman style columns and a comfy seating area. Off the terrace you'll notice patio doors leading into the ground floor. Here you'll find the two twin bedrooms. One has its own private ensuite bathroom, whilst the other has access to a separate shower room. Up on the first floor we'll find the third bedroom, a master double with an ensuite. This floor is also home to the lounge area, with comfortable seating, a dining table and direct access to the first floor balcony terrace. A fully equipped kitchen completes this floor. 
Playa Blanca is the place to be! With busy bars, sandy beaches and a seafront lined with restaurants and fashionable shops, you won't be stuck for things to do on your holiday in the sun. Flamingo beach is just a short 20-minute walk away, soak up the sun on this golden sandy beach, lined with sun loungers and shadowed by tall palm trees.

Important Information - The pool also uses a salt chlorinator, which turns salt into chlorine. Great for those who prefer a salt water pool.

To access the villa there is a path which is 78cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 78cm wide. The villa is on split levels with the pool area on the lower ground floor. There are multiple steps and a staircase leading to the poolside. Once on the terrace, its flat and tiled. The first floor bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the ensuite is 60cm wide. There are 18 steps to the ground floor, where all bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, and the bathroom door is 60cm wide.
