This breathtaking villa sits at the foot of an extinct volcano, boasting stunning views towards the back of the property, whilst sea views dominate the front. The outside terrace is without a doubt where you'll be spending most of your time, soaking up the sun and enjoying some quality time with friends and family. The rounded pool comes heated* from October - May, meaning you can enjoy the outdoors all year round. There's a dining table and brick-built BBQ area with worktops and a sink, ideal for alfresco dining morning, noon and night. There's a pool table sat on the lower terrace, a great spot for a competitive game or two whilst enjoying a few homemade cocktails. 
Starting on the lower ground floor we find two generous bedrooms and a small open-plan kitchenette and lounge with French-style patio doors. Ideal for larger groups wanting extra privacy, this villa comes with multiple kitchen facilities and living spaces. You enter the property on the ground floor where you'll find a further two bedrooms and a homely kitchen and living room, great for cosy nights in. Lastly, the pièce de résistance is the master bedroom on the first floor. This spacious room consists of a king-size bed and four-piece ensuite, as well as its own balcony terrace, boasting not only sea views, but sun loungers and a bubbling hot tub for that extra something special.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca. The villa sits on the side of Montana Roja, overlooking the resort below. The villa has its own driveway, however the drive is on a lower level due to the steepness of the road. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. The ground floor bedrooms and shower rooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, the staircase is spiral. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 180cm wide.
