'We stayed in the adults only section. Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service. Plenty of sunbeds. Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue....

'Zeer goede en professionele kinderanimatie. Buffet eten was zeker uitgebreid en verrassend. Verwarmd zwembad in de winter is een absoluut pluplunt. Op 1 avond gaf het hotel een groot dansfeest voor het personeel in de hotel-bar met alle ramen open.we daverden in ons bed tot 2u snachts.zeer ongepast en mocht eigenl8jk wel gecompenseerd worden,vonden wij persoonlijk.op zich verdient het personeel zeker een feest maar liever niet op deze manier.'

'Ligging van het hotel is super. Langs de wandelboulevard in playa blanca kan je kiezen voor naar het drukkere centrum van playa blanca te gaan met de vele winkeltjes en horeca, of om naar de andere kant te gaan richting vuurtoren naar het rustigere gedeelte.'
